I provide a unique perspective in which I use my educational background to help riders understand more about their bodies and the movement their muscles and bones translate, and how this affects the horses as biomechanical principles can be applied to humans, as well as horses (dogs and cats too). Striving to improve the relationship between horses and equestrians by increasing self-awareness and sound biomechanic use of the body for both horse and riders and the performance of the mental game through sport psychology enhancement techniques. I've found my education pairs quite lovely with Centered Riding.
