More Information
Windrush Hill Farm is a training and lesson barn in southeastern Iowa teaching Centered Riding, Natural Horsemanship and Classical Dressage. We believe in foundation training applicable to any breed, any discipline. We have experience with gaited horses, pony, draft, light horse breeds and mules. We educate all ages of horses from weanlings to retirement. We start young horses under saddle, rehabilitate injured or poorly ridden horses, teach basic dressage, trail ride all our horses, expose them to cattle/chickens/dogs/tractors in a farm environment. We enjoy working with children and amateur owners to develop a positive relationship with their horse and improve their horsemanship skills. Our goal is a safe, sound, happy horse.
