Injuries over the years: '70s Slipped T5 disc for third time, and took up riding for strength; '80s clean break R femur; spiral fracture L femur, fracture base of fibula, displaced talus, neural damage L foot; '90s compression fracture of 3 vertebrae, T12-L1, L2-L3, L5-S. Difficulty posting - get thrown high off saddle. OK sitting. Some improvement posting from adjusting seat and stirrup length, to bring seat bones closer to in-line under hip joint. Flexibility somewhat reduced, but better than most 75 year olds! Actively teaching !
Have developed an interdisciplinary approach to facilitated learning, incorporating principles derived from knowledge of the autonomic nervous system. Copy separate.
